Signing up
You can register for seminars/events/trainings at NET - the institute using the online form provided.
Each seminar/event/training requires a separate registration for each person or group.
Unless otherwise stated, registration for participation in a seminar/event/training applies to all components of the respective offer. Registration is binding and obliges you to pay the participation fee. The participation fee includes (unless otherwise stated) only the course fee, but it does not include the cost of travel, any necessary meals and overnight stays or other costs incurred, unless otherwise stated.
By registering, the registered person accepts the conditions of participation set out in this document.
If the number of registrations exceeds the capacity of a NET - the institute offer, the registrations will not be considered.
Admission requirement
Participation in a seminar/event/training at NET - the institute may be linked to formal entry requirements. Relevant information can be found in the area of the respective offer on the website of NET - the institute.
Payment of the participation fee and admission
The participation fee is to be paid by Paypal or bank transfer after confirmation of registration and written notification. The participation fee must be paid in full before start of the training, stating the complete invoice number.
Resignation
A full refund of participation fee is only possible if you cancel your registration in writing in good time up to 21 days before the start of a seminar/event/training.
If distance learning elements, such as the postal or electronic dispatch of learning material among other, at the beginning of a further seminar/event/training is necessary, the seminar/event/training begins at the time the materials are delivered.In the event of cancellation after invoicing has already taken place, before the start of this period, any participation fee already paid will be refunded, however a processing fee of 5 percent of the participation fee will be deducted. From the 10th to the 3rd day before the start of the seminar/event/training, 50 percent of the participation fee will be reimbursed. From two days and less before the seminar/event/training no refund is possible. Receipt of resignation at NET - the institute is decisive for the timely deregistration. Failure to use individual components of a further training offer from NET The Institute does not entitle you to a reduction in the participation fee or to repeat these parts free of charge at a later point in time.
Cancellation of further training offers
NET - the institute reserves the right to cancel a training/event/seminar if the number of registrations is insufficient. In these cases, participation fees already paid will be refunded without deduction. Further claims are excluded. NET - the institute also reserves the right to cancel a training/event/seminar due to force majeure or other valid reasons. If a training offer from NET - the institute has to be canceled, this cancellation is usually made no later than three weeks before the start of the training.
Program changes
NET - the institute reserves the right to change dates, venues, or teaching staff for operational or personal reasons (e.g. illness). This entitles neither to withdrawal nor to a reduction of the participation fee.
Disclaimer
NET The Institute does not provide insurance cover for persons taking part in the trainings/events/seminars. NET The Institute is not liable for damages that have arisen in the context of a training/event/seminar unless these are based on intentional or grossly negligent behaviour by vicarious agents / teaching staff.
Trigger Warning
This training program is designed for professionals in the field of mental health, psychotherapy, counselling professions, and it includes self-exploration elements in which you are invited to reflect on, or - if you wish - share personal experiences. You decide for yourself whether to contribute your own life experiences, take on a client role, or remain in an observing role.
The practical exercises are intentionally included in the training, as they have proven to be particularly effective in teaching NET. Sharing personal experiences within a protected, professional setting can deepen the learning process.
Trigger Warning: Some exercises may touch on sensitive personal topics such as trauma, violence, experiences of loss, or challenging childhood experiences. Please take good care of yourself and participate only to the extent that feels safe and appropriate for you. Participation is always voluntary.
Liability Notice: This training does not replace therapeutic treatment. The trainers are available during the sessions for organisational, methodological, and content-related questions, but cannot be held liable for any psychological distress that may arise during the exercises.
Privacy
By registering, the participant agrees to the handling and processing of their personal data for event management purposes and later information about trainings/events/seminars.
Ancillary agreements
Changes to the contract and ancillary agreements must be made in writing to be effective.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Weilheim (district court) or Munich, Germany.
